Another fun qualifier at WPI.  This is our first time winning the Robot Performance (Top Score) Award!  We also won Last Robot Standing for the third qualifier in a row, as well as the Strategy and Innovation award.  It’s back to WPI for out 4th state championship

For this year’s project, we looked at the terrible problem of Animal Vehicle Collisions.  Our solution takes three different approaches that work alone or together to warn drivers that there could be animals ahead on the road.

It was great to get the top score at the State Championship and get the Robot Performance.  We also won the First Place Teamwork, and took Second Place in the Lightning Round.  It’s always fun  at WPI and we enjoy helping the new teams navigate the Championships.  We posted a video of a practice round and its been getting quite a few views on You Tube (https://youtu.be/rwO7mGvM2_0).
